OHIIHO uses AI selectively across engineering, research, testing, documentation and internal analysis. It is an execution and reasoning layer, not a source of authority.
Product behavior is checked against code, deployed systems and captured events. Research conclusions must remain traceable to primary evidence. Public claims and consequential decisions are assigned to a named human owner.
Evidence before output
Model output is not treated as evidence. Product and research claims must be supported by reviewable artifacts such as code, deployments, tests, captured events or primary-source material.
Human decision rights
Release, security, legal, publication and customer-data decisions remain under explicit human authority. AI systems may assist the work but cannot approve or publish it independently.
Controlled data handling
Customer, Research and sensitive operational data are handled according to their classification. They are not indiscriminately submitted to third-party AI services.
Reproducible controls
Structured schemas, tests, review gates and controlled vocabulary reduce divergence between what is implemented, what is observed and what is communicated.
