01 · THE COMPANY BEHIND HIIH
OHIIHO is not a project alias or a research blog.
OHIIHO is the accountable company that builds, operates and governs HIIH. It maintains the product truth, the managed Surface model, the Research publication discipline and the separation between commercial and restricted programs.
The company is responsible for:
- product architecture and operation;
- Surface deployment and management;
- Research and defensive analysis;
- partner enablement;
- technical truth and claim discipline;
- data and disclosure boundaries;
- restricted-program separation.
02 · PRODUCT, RESEARCH AND RESTRICTED PROGRAMS
Three lines, one company — and clear boundaries between them.
HIIH
A managed adversary intelligence system deployed through controlled Surfaces, turning hostile activity into structured Findings and supporting evidence.
Explore HIIH →OHIIHO Research
Primary reporting from controlled environments: campaigns, behavior, malware, tools, detection content and doctrine — published in the open.
See the evidence →OHIIHO Sovereign Programs
A separate, eligibility-reviewed path for authorized government and national-security missions, under a distinct authority and disclosure regime.
Public Research is not a catalog of restricted capabilities, and restricted programs do not expand the claims of the commercial HIIH product. The boundary between them is deliberate.
03 · FOUNDER AND OPERATING LINEAGE
Founder-led, evidence-disciplined.
OHIIHO was founded by Laurent Oudot and is founder-led. The practice behind it is older than the company — three decades of offensive and defensive work feed into how HIIH is built and how Research is held to an evidence standard. The adversaries kept changing; the questions did not. What are they trying to accomplish, how do they approach a target they think is unwatched, and how do they move once they are inside?
Operating detail is provided under technical or strategic diligence.
04 · WHY ASIA, WHY SINGAPORE
Built in Asia for an adversary landscape that is already global.
OHIIHO is headquartered in Singapore, with a European entity in Estonia. The regional intent is specific, not flag-planting:
Market proximity — financial services, telecom, cloud, critical infrastructure, government and regional MSSPs are concentrated here, as customers and operators.
Threat proximity — the region experiences cross-border criminal, state-aligned, supply-chain and AI-assisted activity at meaningful scale.
Ecosystem density — Singapore connects operators, government, capital, research and regional distribution.
Sovereign and commercial relevance — the same region needs both commercially deployable systems and tightly governed public-sector programs.
Global ambition — Singapore is a base and strategic ecosystem, not a limit on the product’s market.
